Return & Exchanges Policy
We hope you love your Adoore item(s) as much as we do. But if you do want to make a return, note that we don't have return labels in our packages. Instead, you can create your whole return here. You can return your order for up to 14 days from receiving it.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- The products must not be used
- The product must not be washed
- The product must not smell of perfume/cigarettes/etc
- The product must not be stained (perfume, make-up or deodorant stains)
- Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.
- All returns (both full-priced and sale items) have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
- Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage on the item(s) you are sending back.
- We don’t accept returns or claims of Adoore pieces bought from other retailers or second hand stores/web sites.
Please remember to be careful while trying out the item(s) at home, some are particularly fragile and it is your responsibility that the item(s) are returned in the original condition. Failure to comply with this return policy will mean returns are only accepted at our discretion.

If you want to make a return, please make a registration here. Fill in the form with relevant order information such as order number and the email address that was used for your purchase. Please make sure to enter all information requested.
After the registration of your return you will receive a confirmation email, with all further instructions as to how to proceed with return shipping. Once our warehouse has received and approved your returned items, a refund will be made to you in the sum of the returned items value, and refunds are credited via your choice of payment.
Our standard turnaround time for processing returns is 14 days from the time we receive the returned package at our warehouse. You will receive a notification email when the return is completed. It may take a few days before you see the transaction on your account. Please note, the initial shipping fee and return cost will not be refunded and any eventual billing fee is not refundable.
Returns must be sent back using our complimentary return QR-code (or label for some countries) that you will receive when you create your return or exchange here.
Adoore reserves the option to cancel orders and deactivate accounts in the event of an uncommon frequency of returns from a single customer. For example, if a customer consistently orders and returns a large number of products, this may trigger such action. If you feel this has been applied to you in error, please reach out to our customer service for a review and reconsideration of the decision.
If you wish to exchange an item from your order, it is free of charge one (1) time. Create an exchange on our returns platform here, and following the steps one by one.
If you would like to exchange an item from your order, we request that you initiate a return first, and then proceed to place a new order through our online store.

Defective or incorrectly supplied products
All items should be in perfect condition upon delivery. If you receive a product that is either defective or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or a corrected item. In this situation, it's important to reach out to our customer service promptly, but no later than 14 days after receiving your order. They will provide you with additional information and a return label. Make sure to return the product unused, as products that were incorrectly supplied must also be returned unused.
It's important to note that before returning any products that were wrongly supplied or damaged, you must inform our customer service of the issue.
If you suspect that your order has been damaged or is faulty, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number and accompanying photos that illustrate the problem.
Deactivated customer account
We appreciate all our customers, your support for our brand, and your purchases in our online store. We also understand that returns are necessary in some cases due to sizing issues. Therefore, we kindly ask you to always carefully refer to our size guide, which is available on each product page and specific to each item. Additionally, please feel free to contact our customer service for assistance in choosing the right size. It's important to note that if we observe unusual return patterns, we reserve the right to deactivate your account. This decision is made based on our commitment to promoting mindful shopping behavior, discouraging systematic purchasing and returning of clothing.
