Are you a creative professional with a passion for fashion, design, and visual storytelling? ADOORE is looking for a talented Visual Merchandiser Consultant to work on a project basis for our stores in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
As a Visual Merchandiser Consultant, you will play a key role in bringing ADOORE’s brand vision to life by creating engaging displays and strategically merchandising clothing to enhance the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the stores in Stockholm and Gothenburg and identify opportunities to optimize the visual appearance.
- You will create a clear and cohesive standard for how the clothing should be displayed and hung.
- Establish guidelines for garment placement, hanger selection, spacing, and overall store layout to enhance the customer experience.
- Design and implement in-store visuals and seasonal window displays that reflect ADOORE’s aesthetic.
- Merchandise clothing to highlight key products, such as signature dresses and seasonal collections, with a focus on storytelling and customer accessibility.
- Maintain high visual standards, ensuring the store remains organized and welcoming.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize store layouts and enhance cross-selling opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising within fashion.
- A strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Based in Sweden, with the flexibility to travel between Stockholm and Gothenburg.

We are (finally) opening a new store in Gothenburg, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join us on our exciting journey. As Store Manager, you will lead the store with a strong focus on customer experience, sales, and creating an inspiring work environment for your team. As Store Manager at ADOORE, you will be responsible for the store’s sales, operations, and overall performance. You will lead and develop a team of engaged employees, ensuring that together we deliver world-class service and achieve our sales goals. Your role will be both operational and strategic, working closely with your team to create an environment where every customer feels seen and welcomed. You’ll create an inviting store atmosphere and build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the store’s sales and performance to meet set targets.
- Lead and inspire your team to create a positive and motivating work environment.
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff planning, scheduling, and recruitment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel management, preferably in retail.
- At least 4 years of experience in retail, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service.
- Experience working with scheduling and other store management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; you are a natural leader who inspires and motivates your team.
- A passion for fashion and trends, with the ability to create a store environment that attracts and engages customers.
- Host and coordinate customers events, influencer events, and other store-related activities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and organized, with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are expanding our store team and are seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to our Stockholm store on a part-time (80%) basis. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers, provide product guidance, and contribute to achieving sales goals. Additionally, this role involves supporting events and sample sales, enhancing our store's overall operations. If you have previous experience in retail, preferably within the fashion industry, with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and are reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn, along with a strong work ethic - apply now and become a part of our store team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a personalized shopping experience for each visitor.

You do not have to be a model or signed with management for this job however, you do need to meet the body measurement criteria for a size 38.
