We do not include return labels in our parcels; instead, returns are processed through our website.
1. Initiate your return by clicking here.
2. Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return. (If your product is defective, please register is at a claim instead by clicking at 'Register a claim'.)
4. Choose between exchanging or returning the item.
5. For exchanges, click 'Exchange', and indicate your desired color and size for the new product.
6. If you have more than one product to return or exchange within the same order, please repeat the process for each item.
7. For returns, click 'Return Item,' provide the reason for return, and then continue.
8. Once you have made your selections and provided the necessary information, click 'Next.'
9. Choose your preferred shipping method for the return or exchange, and then click 'Next.'
10. You will receive your return label as a QR code.
11. Pack the product securely in an appropriate package and send it back using the chosen return method.
12. Use the QR code you received to initiate the return and present it at the counter of your local post office.
13. Remember to keep your receipt from the post office as proof in case the return is misplaced.
14. If you have requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you as soon as our warehouse receive your return.
