Shenzhen, China

Our factory in Shenzen is a small factory that delivers incredible quality while we have a very good and close relationship with the factory as our production manager, Ida, lived in Shenzhen and worked with the factory locally for over ten years. This is the factory we have been working with since 2018 and where we have produced the majority of our clothing throughout the years.

Working hours

All employees work 08.00-17.00, Monday to Saturday. All employees receive a pension and have the right to apply for vacation during all holidays, such as Chinese New Year (one month), birthdays, weddings, and other occasions.

Working Conditions

The factory is responsible for further education for the employees so they can develop in the profession and thus develop in their careers.

The factory currently has a WCA certificate. The WCA certificate is valid for one year, which means that our factory must apply for a new one every year. They visit every year and check that the factory lives up to the requirements for a good working environment. The factory also has a BSCI report which shows that employees have reasonable working hours and fair compensation, a good working environment, and safety, protection for younger workers, freedom of association and collective bargaining, ethical business behavior, and environmental protection.
